SAFEGUARDING

UK PE Group Ltd is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Everyone delivering on behalf of UK PE Group — coaches, staff and contractors — must work within our safeguarding policy and the school's own safeguarding arrangements.

• •UK PE Group staff and coaches follow the school's safeguarding policy when on site
• •Coaches never be alone with pupils out of sight of school staff where school policy requires it
• •Concerns are reported to the school's Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) immediately

Any safeguarding concern arising in connection with Sports I or UK PE Group activity should be reported to the school's DSL in the first instance, and to UK PE Group so we can act on it. Urgent concerns about a child's immediate safety should go to the police or local authority as normal.

• •Evidence media is uploaded only by authorised school staff
• •The school decides whether photo and video evidence is used at all, and captures any consent relied on
• •Evidence media is never public — access is restricted to authorised school roles
• •Parent-facing sharing only happens where the school enables it for a specific pupil
• •Media is retained per the retention schedule and deleted on request

Access to pupil data in Sports I is limited by role, and every user only sees pupils belonging to their own school. Evidence defaults to the most restrictive visibility; nothing is ever public by default.

The school remains the controller of pupil data and its own safeguarding decisions. Sports I supports the school — it does not replace the school's safeguarding leadership, DSL arrangements or risk assessments.

Concerns about UK PE Group staff or coaches should be escalated to UK PE Group via the contact page. We will acknowledge, investigate and work with the school and relevant authorities where required.
