Where a school enters pupil information, the school is normally the data controller and UK PE GROUP LTD acts as a data processor for that school.
Schools are responsible for ensuring they have the correct lawful basis, privacy information and permissions for the pupil information they upload or manage through the platform.
UK PE GROUP LTD does not sell children's personal data.
