Use marked spaces and bodyweight actions.
How to Play
- 1Set up four stations around the space: march, balance, jump and reach.
- 2Children start at any station.
- 3Move for 30 seconds, then switch.
- 4Complete every station at least twice.
- 5Finish with a group cool-down.
Coaching Points
- Model each station first.
- Keep work and rest times short.
- Praise effort and switching safely.
- Let children choose the challenge level.
